Mirages [Complete]
Character(s): Xion and Riku
Content: Riku has another sighting ofXion Sora dressed as an Organization member.
Setting: A quiet, ancient-looking area near Joutenheim gate.
Time: Week 26, early evening, enough to be dim. PRE-FOG EVENT
Warnings: Paranoia
Riku was wandering. That was nothing new. For once, his giant pockets had swallowed more than just his left thumb. His hands had been devoured. Things had been comparatively quiet, and frankly, he was bored. A mild breeze form who-knows-where blew his bangs away from his face as he strolled down a quiet street, musing about his friends.
Sora seemed to be doing a little better, nowadays. The whole situation with Simba was still an issue, but given the opportunity Sora's friendly grin never failed to make an appearance. Better still, he wasn't acting oddly. The image of Sora talking with Axel was starting to be regarded as a simple mistake on his own part.
It'd been a long time since he'd seen the King. He was unsure of how he'd feel if he was tossed back into Castle Oblivion, since he wouldn't wish that on anyone, especially a friend. Still, if there's anyone who helped him in the past here, it was Mickey.
And he missed Kairi. It'd been how long since he'd seen her last? Riku gave a little sigh, hoping she was back on the Islands waiting for them to come home.
Funny, he never really considered the wind in Paixao cold before.

He peered around, trying to figure out who it was. The stature had been fairly short, making it probably Zexion or...
Sora? He ducked back behind the corner again, eyes wide. ...I can't have just seen things twice. He peers out again. He was right. Sora really was in Organization robes. But why? ...Could Roxas, what was joined to Sora before, be controlling him somehow? ...But Roxas left the Organization. That couldn't be right, either. It meant this was Sora's decision.
Riku decided it would be wise to follow from a distance.

For some reason, she felt like she was being watched... But, this entire alley was empty, right? There was no reason for someone to hide from her, anyway, unless...
She looked back at the portal a moment longer before stepping in. If someone was following her, then she couldn't go back to where everyone was staying. What if it was Xemnas or a Dusk or something? But where else could she go right now...?

This is bad. Not even Riku could open those anymore. Which meant Sora was into a whole lot of darkness. This doesn't make any sense! But there it was, clear as day.
Great. Okay, I could stay here and confront him later. But when? Or I could try to follow. Might even find a way to get everyone out of this place. I'd have to confront Sora soon. If he helped me find the light again, I've got to do the same. ...And I could be walking into a giant trap, especially if I'm caught.
All he could do is watch.

[ooc: end here and do fun fog things? :D?]

The very instant he saw Sora step through Riku bolted, only to see it vanish a split second before he could step through. He stood there a moment, frowning at the wisps of dissipating darkness.
"What now, Sora? Why do we have to be on different sides again?" He knew from now on, he'd have to play his cards in Castle Oblivion very carefully.
