Key to Imagination [Active, Closed]
Character(s): Woody, Sora and Riku
Content: Working out how Woody will look in Halloween Town! A.K.A. bad drawings. XD
Setting: Sora's place
Time: Early Afternoon
Warnings: Cuteness and lawls!
After hearing the click, Riku dismissed his Keyblade and gave the door a quick knock before letting himself in. Sora and Riku had gotten into the habit of coming and going from each other's homes as they pleased, treating the kitchens and living rooms as mutual common rooms. With a thud Riku dropped his bag on the floor and kicked his shoes off in the corner.
"Hey! Anybody home?"
He pulled a couple bundles of paper in place of real pads of paper, and a couple pencils chatter together as they roll onto the floor.

The toy cowboy rushed over and pulled out the pad of paper, which was larger than him from under the bed. He pushed it to the middle of the floor and went over to climb on top of the desk for the box of colored pencil. Woody then proceeded to descend back down to the floor, sitting down on his knees to open up the pad. He was already excited for this playtime, it was different, but it was using the wonders of the imagination. And that’s all he needed, grinning wide he waited eagerly for Riku to come into Sora’s room.

"Woody sure sounds excited about this, what's going on?"

"Well, whatever you imagine is real for a toy, right? Dunno if you read the journal, but we're going to design what he's going to look like in Halloween Town." He hesitated slightly at the door, but he had been invited in, after all. That hesitation didn't last long.

Woody waited for Riku to walk in. He figured this was a perfect time to show his epic cowboy moves. He used it on Sketch before as an inside joke, so perhaps Riku would fall for it. As soon as Riku walked in the door, Woody smiled up at him. Then lifted his eyebrow as he pretended to turn around from him. “Hey Riku,” Woody spun around on his little cowboy heels and pointed his fingers as if holding a pair of imaginary guns, “DRAW!”

"It still sounds like fun though," Sora went into his bedroom to join Woody and sat on the floor next to him and started playing around with the colored pencils on the floor, putting them in rainbow order when he heard Woody yell and saw him pantomiming shooting Riku, Sora raised an eyebrow at that, wondering how Riku would react.

"Yeah?" Riku looked up and straightened himself just to see Woody turn, shooting him with... Fingers. Right.
With a straight face, Riku hesitated a moment before replying. "Um... Ow."

Adjusting the ol’ cowboy hat, Woody sat back down across from Sora. He already had so many ideas that ran through his head, but he can’t wait to see what the guys had in mind. He smiled up at them, “Ok! Now that we’re all here, let’s get to drawin’ some scary ideas!”
Woody ripped out a piece of paper from the pad and lad it on the floor with a colored pencil. “I was thinking something dastardly evil, that only shows up on Halloween. Maybe a vampire? Nah nah, that’s too much, or perhaps-Oooo how about a zombie? Now that’s really scary.”

"What would a zombie toy look like anyway?"

After a moment's pause, Riku grabbed a sheet of paper and a book from Sora's shelf to use like a lap desk. Replying only when he grabbed a pencil, "I dunno. Worms crawling out of him or something? Though I guess a toy as a zombie might have stuffing coming out and lots of stitches. You know, broken but still functional?" He shot an occasional glance to Woody and pressed his lips together as he began to draw his own idea. At one point he checked the lead, unhappy that it wasn't coming out very dark.

After a few colored marks here and there, Woody’s zombified self was made, he made a big grin. “Hey guys!” he shouted out to the boys as he showed them his drawing (http://i634.photobucket.com/albums/uu67/queensketches/Paixao/zombiewoody.jpg), “It’s uh, mostly just ketchup on me there, but ha hey, it’s a zombie look.” Man, Woody hoped the preschool toys will never catch any of these types of drawings.

"Actually, I like the idea Riku had, about the stuffing coming out," He said, "I mean, that's probably a lot scarier than ketchup from a toy's perspective."
Not that Sora would know, but he assumed that it would be like if someone's arm was half coming off and you could see right down to the bone, and stuff. Okay, this was starting to gross Sora out. He shook his head and tried to rid himself of those pleasant mental images.

"Probably, but ketchup stains. Stuffing you can just stitch up."
A bit of scrawled writing aaaand... "Hey, how 'bout this?" Riku held up his own picture, a testament to his own lack of drawing skills. (http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a360/Rebmakash/MiscArt/HalloweentownWoodyWIPRiku.png)

When Riku finished his drawing, Woody looked up to take a look at it, “Oh wow! That’s a really cool drawing Riku! …Ghost rider, ha-hey! I like the sound of that!” He certainly could imagine himself kinda like the headless horseman, but doing justice rather than evil. Although he felt like it needed a certain something. “So what would I ride, a ghost horse? That would be really awesome, the cowboy ghost of the night!” Woody spoke in a creepy voice wiggling his finger for the dark effect.
Woody paused for a moment as he continued his drawing, as he scratched his chin, “Hm, it definitely could work, though I feel like it needs something… Oh hey, I’m done with another drawing guys.” He showed the rag doll cowboy drawing (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v51/Kittyboy123/solong.jpg) to Riku and Sora with a small smile, “It ain’t as good as yours Riku, but I like this idea too.”
