And You Thought Harry Potter Had Problems....[Active, Open]
Character(s): Remus Lupin, open to anyone.
Content: Remus wakes up after the disastrous night of the full moon, and slowly comes to realize what he had done.
Setting: We're gonna start at the church and see where it takes us.
Time: Late afternoon after the full moon, but before he starts talking to Jake via journals.
Warnings: A bit of nudity and blood at the beginning I suppose... Oh yeah. Angst, drama, and maybe a little more angst.
Remus awoke to find himself back in the church. The light from the setting sun had shone through the now broken window and into his eyes, not only rousing him from sleep, but causing pounding in his head. He rolled over to face away from the light, an action that was much more painful than he remembered, even after a full moon. It was then that he noticed the pool of blood on the floor...
Despite having a throbbing headache, Remus immediately pushed himself up and scooted away from the puddle of blood he had been laying in and realized that a lot of it had come from him as a sharp pain shot through his chest and side. Along with the headache, he also felt dizzy and lightheaded. Remus also realized that he was naked, and saw his torn clothes in the middle of the floor, along with his wand which had rolled closer to the opposite wall. In addition to this, there was an awful taste of blood in his mouth.
Slowly realizing what must have happened the night before, along with the various wounds he had received, Remus almost passed out again, but he managed to crawl and grab his wand along with his cloak. He knew spells to at least put some bandages around his wounds, and he managed to do so for the worst of them, but he ended up passing out again, his cloak just draping over him and his hand barely grasping his wand.

However, Kida didn't anticipate needing to bring it at the ready before she even left to go to another floor. Before her laid a man, nearly nude and bandaged, barely drug away from a pool of blood. How he'd managed to bind his wounds in that state she had no clue, but the bandages themselves looked nearly soaked-though. Whether it was because of the blood everywhere or because he had bled through himself, she was unsure.
A quick look around and she saw no one but herself and the man. Setting her spear to the side, she removed her crystal and flipped the stranger over. She hesitated slightly. To heal his wounds properly, shed need to remove the bandages, but that would raise suspicions. Though it was possible to do, the accuracy of the healing went down.
And then she noticed the blood on her hands. A brief thought and she realized she could explain it away later. Kida quickly got to work, healing the worst of his wounds within a couple minutes.
With a sigh, Kida covered him again and went to stand several feet away. Whatever attacked this man would have to face her, as well.

He tried to push himself up, but a wave of nausea overtook him and he stopped trying, instead trying to focus on what he was now sure was a woman in front of him. He tried to speak, but his mouth and throat were so dry that a croaking sound just came out. He didn't care that she was dressed rather oddly, or that despite her young features, her hair was white. He didn't even care that she was holding a weapon and could skewer him. He just wanted a bit of help and some knowledge as to what he had done the previous night, even if it was as bad as he was beginning to think it was.
*Fail-short. Sorry!*
Kida looked up from him and glanced around. All seemed safe, still. "Tell me. What did this to you?"
Is ok! As long as I can work off it, it's perfectly fine! <3
Remus tried to pick himself back up a bit, but the room spun and he gave up for the second time. After a few more croaks, he managed to force out some words with what remained of his voice. "I don't know." For now, those three words were enough.
His statement was perfectly true. He had never remembered much, if anything, after the full moon. He had no idea what he had done the previous night, but the foul taste in his mouth and the way he was almost killed indicated that it had been the worst full moon he had ever gone through. He really didn't want to know what had happened last night, but he was sure he would hear about it sooner or later.

"I have few options to help you. I could leave and return in a few hours with water, but what attacked you might return. The other is I could help you return to the city, but I fear it may do you more harm than good at this time." She gave a sigh. "What do you want me to do?"

Remus took a moment to ready his throat to answer. "Water." If anything was hunting him, it would be ordinary people looking for what had happened to the large wolf that was running rampant around town. If he was found by someone else, they would probably assume that it had attacked him.

. . .
Kida did her best to pole vault her way back, but her current weapon lacked both much of the length of her normal spear and the flex as well. Though it still improved her speed, It wasn't to the normal degree she craved. To her frustration she was turned away from the shop initially, forcing her to throw a dress-code-appropriate dress over her explorer clothes before buying three canteens. Kida didn't care that she then left the dress on the floor of her home, and probably didn't notice that the faucet was still dripping when she left. The woman had other things on her mind.
It was indeed a few hours before she returned. The canteens weighed her down, and she arrived breathing deeply. She got to her knees by the man's side, undoing the lid to a canteen.

After a while Wolf was able to catch his scent. He made his was into the Elysian Fields as soon as the guards weren’t looking. Huffing and puffing he ran toward the church in desperation. Hoping that the boy was all right, and not damaged too badly. When Wolf reached the steps, he smelt Remus’ scent inside. He quickly opened the doors and shouted, “Remus!!”
There was a pause, Wolf found Remus on the ground with a woman helping him. He walked quickly over to him and trying to catch his breath, “Goodness me! Awwwoo… Are you alright? I don’t remember much of what happened but-”
Wolf gazed at his injuries and made a very sad look, his voice became soft “…I did this, didn’t?” He looked to the ground in shame.

And then Wolf burst through the door. If Remus had been capable, he would have jumped at the sudden intrusion. But in this state, an explosion could have gone off and had little to no effect on his mind. It was too focused on staying conscious and alive.
He stopped sipping water and looked up at Wolf. "I don't know." He knew Wolf had a similar problem to his during a full moon, and if Wolf had indeed caused the injuries, he held no negative feelings for him. It didn't matter if they had gotten into a fight, or who started the fight. The only thing that was important was that they failed to kill each other.

Kida looked over her shoulder at the newcomer. "What has happened here?" she inquired, her voice deep and grave.

Wolf closed his eyes, wincing at what dream like memories he had. He whimpered slightly in his wolf like tone. Looking over at them again, “Lost control… I lost control, I couldn’t…”
Hesitating as if worried that Wolf might get pushed away, he got closer to Remus, he slowly took off his coat and put it around him to keep his body warm. He looked over with the injuries, thinking he should find something to cover them, looked at the lady who was helping Remus, “…What can I do to help?”

However, since Remus was still fighting off his body's insistence to pass out, he just drank more of the water, not minding that the woman had spilled some on him before. It showed that she was legitimately worried about him, and he certainly wasn't going to complain about someone defending him when he was like this. He was also glad to see that the woman saw that he and Wolf were friends, and didn't try to slaughter the guy, which looked like she had the ability to do. Remus guessed that the amount of bloodshed was more than enough last night. He didn't want anything to add to it.

Kida sighed. "I know not right now. He needs a doctor, but he is in no state to travel of his own accord. ...It is strange, there is much blood here for these wounds. One would expect them to be much more severe." Of course, the reason there weren't more severe wounds was because Kida tended to the potentially-life-threatening ones. Without lying she covered her own tracks. After a brief pause she looked to the newcomer. "Perhaps a stretcher? Is there a way we might construct one?" The woman thought also of the strange creatures in the fields, hoping they would be of no threat.

Though it was foolish of Wolf to mention the full moon, he was in a bit of panic about situation. I mean Remus was almost completely unconscious with blood all over him for goodness sake! Wolf looked over in concern, “But that doesn’t matter right now… We could make a stretcher, but it might be quicker for us if I just carried him out.”
Wolf reached over and picked up Remus, “Hey buddy, you think you can make it?” He eyed the door, which led to the field out there. If those creatures were to attack him, he would make sure they’d make a run for it. So far they’ve been pretty easy to avoid though. Wolf glanced over to Kida as he got up holding Remus, “I’m sorry, I don’t think we ever introduced ourselves, what’s your name?”

He glanced up and wolf and let out a soft, "yeah." He wanted to let himself pass out, but knowing that he lost a lot of blood, he knew that it wouldn't be a good thing if he did. A bed and some blood-replenishing potion would be nice. Remus knew how to make it, but he had no strength to do so. Heck, he didn't really have the strength to even talk to walk either Wolf or the woman through it! It looked like he would have to heal the muggle way.
Remus gripped his wand tighter and let wolf pick him up. He knew he could trust him, even though it was apparent that they had gotten in a scrap the previous night, but the circumstances made everything forgivable.

Perhaps she could offer her own skills as a warrior to be a guard for him. But that offer would have to wait to be seen. In the meantime, her eyes widened slightly as the youth was picked up. She was no doctor, but she hesitated to move the body like that. However, if they should be attacked, at least she could be a form of defense this way.
"My name is Kidagakash. Many simply call me Kida." She offered a small smile at the younger, remembering the older man's cry. "Your name is Remus, is it not?" She looked to the older. "And what is your name?"

“It’s nice to meet you Kida, thank you so much for helping my friend, my name is Wolf,” introducing himself to her as he carried Remus. He’s hoping that they can make it to his apartment in time to help him heal. “I got some bandages and some medicine I got from the store at my apartment, hopefully that’ll be enough to help him. We should at least let him rest there, while I get anything else that can help him heal.”
Wolf couldn’t help but look over the injuries. It was almost a dream like memory. He can’t remember whether he himself caused most of these or not, some look like it may have been caused by someone else. He’ll have to ask Remus once he’s well rested.
Remus is out cold for the rest of this thread. Please be to the skipping him.
He just hoped he could make it up to both of them, and he let himself pass out.

If need be, Kida knew, she could aid any healing along a little faster, provided that Wolf was away and Remus was still unconscious. As she glanced to Remus, she saw his eyes slowly close. Kida's eyes widened slightly as she looked to make sure he was still breathing. Reassured, she faced ahead to the serenely glowing grasses, readying her spear as she walked.

Glancing down, Wolf also noticed Remus’ fading consciousness, he grimaced, worried beyond belief over his companion. Hoping Lumen in the fields wouldn’t attack them they went through the fields. Wolf’s apartment wasn’t too far according to him, though it seemed like it was taking a longer time as they reached the gate. The only thing that seem to plague Wolf’s mind if Remus were to forgive him for this, it wasn’t that unusual that other wolves could find resentment of another. Though it’s been a while since he’s ever been in an actual pack.
It’s not that Wolf minded any of that, he just feels nice to have someone to relate to every once in a while. As they walked a couple of blocks into Paixao, Wolf snapped out of his daze to Kida, “Oh sorry, I was so quiet, I’m just… I’m just worried, I hope he’s going to be alright.”
*Fail*
It seemed a long journey across the fields. The late afternoon light would have made their shadows long had they not been cast fruitlessly on the glowing plants. Occasionally a slight rustle or a pale head poking from the tall blades would be a disconcerting reminder that the three were not alone. A few Lumen glanced towards Kida as they passed, but they did nothing other than watch. She surmised it was because she glowed herself, or rather, her necklace did.
"No, I understand well. Our concerns pertain mutually to Remus. I did not speak either." The queen believed it was because he was concentrating as hard on the task ahead as she was. At least now that they were away from the fields they could lower their guard. "Where is your home?

While leading the way to Wolf’s apartment, he glanced back at Kida, he wondered if she had a home somewhere. “I hope it’s not too from where you live,” Wolf said, hoping it wasn’t too inconvenient for her. He would offer to walk with her back home if it is far though.

She hummed a soft chuckle. "No, it is not, but regardless of proximity, Remus must be cared for." Both statements were quite true in her mind. Remus did need medical attention. Being a warrior and huntress, Kida was also used to traveling long distances in a day. Two and a half miles was little concern for her.

Soon enough they reached the apartment complex, one could see that this was first of the Iriela Apartments, not the second one. So it was a bit more average looking. Wolf held Remus close to him as they entered the building. Once they came to the door of apartments, Wolf gently put Remus down to open the door, after he unlocked it, he picked up Remus again to bring him to the couch. He glanced over to Kida as he set him down, “Could you look after him while I fetch for some blankets? I’m also gonna get more water for him.”
