Remus let the strange woman give him water. It was amazing how wonderful the stuff tasted when your body was in great need of it. It was also a nice bonus to have the water slowly wash away the sickening taste of blood from his mouth. He took small sips at a time, knowing that he'd make himself worse off if he chugged it down.
And then Wolf burst through the door. If Remus had been capable, he would have jumped at the sudden intrusion. But in this state, an explosion could have gone off and had little to no effect on his mind. It was too focused on staying conscious and alive.
He stopped sipping water and looked up at Wolf. "I don't know." He knew Wolf had a similar problem to his during a full moon, and if Wolf had indeed caused the injuries, he held no negative feelings for him. It didn't matter if they had gotten into a fight, or who started the fight. The only thing that was important was that they failed to kill each other.
