Time to play dress-up!

Character(s): Yuna, Priere, Starr (and Belle if she wants to!)
Content: Tired of being turned out of shops, Yuna hatches a plan to show her friends how her dresspheres work! And give them a little experience with them.
Setting: Yuna and Belle's apartment
Time: Midday
Warnings: Cuteness? idk

Yuna thought the new mayor was rude. He'd decided not to let most of the population shop, let alone survive, simply because they hadn't come from worlds that dressed the same as the one he was used to. Luckily, Yuna herself had a couple of dresspheres that allowed her to go wherever she wanted to go. Her favorite to use was her White Mage outfit and she wore it as often as she could without overheating. However, after discovering that a few of her friends were having issues with the shops and didn't have any other outfits, she decided that her dresspheres could be donated to a good cause. Well, not exactly donated; more like borrowed. But still.

So, she'd invited Priere and Alexandra to her apartment and hopefully they'd be able to work on things together. And if Belle was still in the apartment, she was welcome to participate, too!

This new law was starting to get on Priere's nerves and fast. Now okay, she knew that her outfit wasn't exactly the most modest one around, but she was rather attached to it in a strange way (even if she did learn that Father Salade probably only gave it to her so he could stare at her legs...). She didn't want to just change how she was dressed just to comply to that mayor's silly wishes... but at the same time, she didn't feel like being stuck in the one part of the city they were tolerated.

She was still pretty conflicted about the whole thing, but hey, in the meantime, Yuna said that she might have a solution for the current problem. While she wasn't sure what she meant by that, she was expecting something related to clothes or at least a way to bypass the stuck up shop keepers.

In the end, there's only one way to find out, she thought as she knocked on Yuna's door.

Starr stomped down the hallway to the apartment Yuna was living in, grumbling the entire way about the citizens and how obnoxious this new law was. She kept getting kicked out of places she was normally able to go in, at least until she got fed up and went back to her place, borrowing a sheet to make an improvised toga. Then they still wouldn't let her in, but she got less looks.

She really hoped Yuna had something she could borrow, at least for a little while.

She stopped in front of the apartment door and knocked, still wearing the improvised toga, considering some of the rude looks she was getting from the 'normal' women of this city.

"Sure that'll be nice," Priere said, letting herself in. She was thankful that Yuna lived in the Gypsy district since this meant that she could simply walk in without too much trouble. Anywhere else... well she'd probably had entered via a window or tried her hand at sneaking in, not something she really wanted to try.

She sat there for a short while until someone knocked. "Guess she's here."

Starr wandered into the apartment, quickly pulling of the sheet and throwing it on the ground.

"Sorry, that thing was getting annoying. And even with it, I still get glared at by people around here." She smiled at Priere and Yuna. "It's nice to meet you." She walked over to the couch and plopped down.

"If you have more water, that would be great." She didn't want to impose on her friend who was already doing her a huge favor.

Priere couldn't help but stare at the newcomer and her "outfit". It looked absolutely ridiculous, but at the same time... "Why didn't I think of that?" she thought out loud.

She smiled and waved to Alexandra. "Eh, I have the feeling that glaring at us is becoming a passtime for them." She'd like to say "You'll get used to it," but that was harder than it looked, especially when she herself felt every once in a while, like slapping a few people who were giving her nasty looks.

"So, you have something that could help us?" she finally asked Yuna as she came back. She was rather curious as to why she called them here after all.

"It was easier to deal with the lewd looks from the men." Starr said, smirking. The glares were setting her off a bit. She knew she wasn't totally welcome in the city anyway, and this just made her well aware of that fact. "Now they just send chills down my spine. I'm somewhat worried that they're plotting our demise."

When Yuna came back, she took the water and took a drink, balancing it on her leg for the moment, listening to Yuna explain about the dress spheres. They were intriguing, and she really was surprised when Yuna's outfit changed like it did.

Now she understood what happened when she first met the woman.
