Dahlia pulled her shawl close to her as she walked up the street. As she reached the gate, she saw more people coming in. Poor things, she thought sarcastically. Coming here and never getting out. Well, too bad for them.

She looked around her, disinterested in the new arrivals, and spotted the youth sitting down and checking his journal. From what she could see, he was a boy in his mid-teens. Besides the fact that he wore odd clothes, Dahlia decided that that he was not worth his time.

And then she saw the tail.

Although the young woman managed to compose herself before she could cry out in shock, she could still not help but stare. A talking frog was bad enough but a human with a tail? That was just not possible! It was just too ridiculous.

Dahlia was beginning to hate Paixao even more.
