That was, definitely not what he'd expected to hear. Slowly he settled his legs over the edge, completely oblivious to just how high they were perched on the arch.
"I know, I will. Hmph, I'm not going to let them keep me away. I've been gone from my Netherworld far too damn long as it is," Laharl said, gaze looking down at the darkening city, but his thoughts on his kingdom. He had no idea what he'd find waiting for him when he did finally return, but he was pretty sure it was going to be a pain.
"It'll just be... weird. None of them will remember this place -- hell, I don't even know if I'll remember." He paused then added quietly, "Not that I'd exactly mind..."
