A Meeting of Evil [Active]
Character(s): Maleficent, Hades and Hook
Content: A meeting of the Disney Villains... all... 3 of them.
Setting: A meeting room in City Hall.
Time: Night
Warnings: EVILNESS
The situation had now changed a great deal since Maleficent, Hades and Jafar had made their way into Paixao. The fact they were in a castle was no surprise to Maleficent, nor would it be to Hades. They had discovered this themselves some time ago.
Obviously their objective was to discover who exactly was in charge; who'd had the gall to trap them here, and Maleficent was rather interested in the castle herself. From what they could tell, the Organization seemed likely to be the culprits.
Now, however, a new complication had arisen. The reveal of their actual location had been unexpected. It seemed there must be a traitor amidst the ranks of their captors? Or perhaps someone had managed to find out their secrets. Either way, it put a new dynamic on their plans, however, Maleficent was already plotting. Clearly they would need to take advantage of this situation, rather than let it get in their way.

Hades? He set his goals higher. Conquering the cosmos, etcetera, etcetera. The fun stuff. The big stuff. Set the goals high, build your way up to get there. Not easy, exactly, and not child's play. And he was making his way on top before he came to Paixao.
Back.
To.
Square.
One.
Hades shows up and throws himself down in a seat, tapping long fingers against the armrest, raising a brow towards the mistress of evil. "How's it hangin?" he remarks idly for small talk, but there's an obvious pitch to his voice that he doesn't really want to have conversations about how her day's been, what the weather's like, mundane crud.
He hopes that the pirate captain isn't going to arrive late. Down to business is the way to go, these days.

The captain slipped quietly into the room, not long after Hades had arrived. He waited until he reached the table to announce his presence, a simple “good evening” given before he removed his hat and took his seat next to the god.
He preferred their meeting be quick; he had important things to tend to which concerned his own goals.

She took a moment to pet Diablo a few more times, before having him settle onto the back of her chair, as she turned to truly face the two men.
"Excellent, now that you're both here we can begin," Maleficent said, as she stood at the head of the table, not choosing to sit for now.
"This should not take long as there is not much to be said," Maleficent said, more or less heading straight to the point. "There will have to be a slight shift in our plans now. A change for the better, one might say. If they all start to ascend the castle, they will likely take care of any... nuisances for us. Meanwhile, we can pay attention to more important things. Such as discovering what by what method, what power, is being used to transport people from different worlds here."
Assuming it was some kind of power. While she had no proof, it was hard to imagine anything that could do this would not be powerful, be it magic or some sort of machine. Either way, it's secret was something she could not help but desire.
Then there was also the castle itself. A castle that could contain them here? It was no surprise she was also interested in it, really.

for your money))"Power, I like power. Sounds good, that. There's a lot someone could do with something like that, let me tell you. They're not nearly using that baby to its full extent." A brief pause. "Whatever that baby may be."
And he would like to find out. In fact, it's probably one of Maleficent's best ideas yet.
Yes, whatever it was that the 'big and evil' Organization XIII was using, he wanted it. Badly.

“Indeed.” The pirate agreed with a scowled, then turned to face Maleficent. “But how do you propose we obtain this power?” Hook enquired. “Our dear friends, Organization Thirteen, are hardly the lot to bestow such information so freely." He grinned at the thought and shook his hook at the dark fairy. "But, perhaps a little... Persuasion is order, yes?”
no subject
"Persuasion might well indeed be in order, but we must find a suitable candidate for such persuasion first. The "weak link" in their chain," Maleficent suggested. She wasn't sure who that was, but they could certainly find out. "It's clearly time we got to know this Organization a little better, don't you both agree?"
"Meanwhile, with their attention undoubtedly drawn to those leaving the city, it should be much easier for us to conduct our business without gaining so much attention. Well, providing we remain... subtle."

He massages his brows and looks up at the ceiling. What a drag.
"Knowing the ringleaders in charge. That I do like. We've got any faces to match to our mysterious thirteen? Or are we firin' blindly here?"
no subject
“Surely there must be something they’re after.” Hook replied and brought his hook to his chin thoughtfully. “Perhaps even someone?” The captain tsked. “A shame that scurvy brat is no longer among us. He would be most useful in leading us to them. It seems as though he is only around when you least need him... Do you believe it may be too soon to use force?”
no subject
"Let us not provoke them if it is not necessary to do so, for now," she said, looking pointedly at Hook. Whether or not to use force was rather premature.
