belldandy 002 | STORY | open/active

Character(s): Belldandy, anybody else.
Content: Belldandy takes a stroll throughout the now sunny Paixao.
Setting: Starts off near Irelia Apartments, but who knows where it'll end up?
Time: Morning.
Warnings: None, unless you make her angry. Which will be rather difficult to do. Unless you know the right buttons.

The morning sun was quite a sight to behold, especially considering that the past few weeks have been shrouded in darkness since her arrival. The Norn smiled happily as she finished cleaning up the apartment, now glad that she could venture outside without having to fend for her life. The encounter with Genie-san to confront Hades-san and Maleficent-san was quite the experience, since both Hades-san and Maleficent-san seemed to be this world's equivalent of Hild, the CEO of Hell.

In any case, Belldandy's familiar brown strands swayed with her movements as she took a deep breath, exhaling a familiar melody which always cheered her up. This might be a good time to get some tea, too... only, the plants were all artificial. Perhaps the stores had them? She certainly hoped that they had Darjeeling tea. A smile on her face, she made her way walking down the street as the melody leaving her lips echoed throughout the neighborhood's quiet atmosphere.

The captain’s smile grew strained. That name, what was it? What had she just called him, Hook-san? Was that meant to be mocking? He wasn’t sure. She certainly had not been anything but polite so far. Still, he would take no chances. He had suffered enough ridicule from Pan and his Lost Boys to tolerate even the slightest derision. “Captain Hook,” he sternly corrected the goddess. “If you please.” The man quickly finished in his previously friendly tone. “It is not in my interests to be in any way a bother to you, madam. It is merely a small request in hopes to diminish a most arduous reminder of a particular jaunty jackanape.”

He paused for a moment and sighed. “Now I believe I’ve forgotten your question, my apologies. It was in regards to the city, was it not? I’m afraid I have not here all that long, though certainly enough to have taken a liking to it when it is not shrouded by darkness. It was to me own displeasure that I arrived in the heart of the calamity. How fortunate for such unusual ‘weather’, as you could call, to clear up so soon though. Old Hook could not imagine still wandering the streets, blind to the treasure around him.”
