Had it not been for Belldandy’s warm welcome Genie would have flown right past the apartment. Unlike the goddess he had not been focusing on an energy signature but rather anything that looked as though it screamed Urd. He had not entered her through her front door the last time had visited, making this all rather unfamiliar to him. Had he known what window was to her apartment however he still would not have entered through it. Belldandy may have seen it as rude or worse.

He froze in front of the doorway, completely surprised by the goddess’ sudden appearance. A smile quickly found itself across his features though. Without hesitation he flew toward Belldandy, took her hand and shook it happily. “Belldandy!” the djinn shouted. His warm blue glow practically lit up the doorway as well as the rest of the hallway around him. “Thank you but the pleasure is all mine. I must ask though, however did you know I was coming? I haven’t kept you waiting that long, have I?”
