Curiouser and Curiouser...[Complete/Closed]

Character(s):Ichimaru Gin... and anyone nearish to the Niflheim entrance/area
Content:The ex-third captain, being more curious and adventurous than scared of his entry into Paixao.
Setting:Niflheim gateway/area/place/thingy
Time:Late Wednesday afternoon
Warnings:Severe headaches may occur due to the Southerny accent and/or strange seemingly non-connected thoughts.>D

He had been sitting for a while now, and that one part of his lower back had started to ache, only a little bit, but just enough to pry him off of the wall he'd been leaning against. Gin figured he had arrived in this rather strange place at around mid-afternoon, meaning he had been just doing absolutely nothing for the past 3 hours or so. Well, except for tinkering around with his silver electronic journal. The man at the gate had tried to pass him off a black one, but black was oh-so very plain. Instead, Gin wheedled his way into getting the silver colored one, declaring that it matched his hair and that he must have it. Strange really, because at the time, he hadn't a clue what the item was. Just that he wanted it in silver. So there, system, take that. After a few minutes of peering at the object through still amusedly slitted eyes, he had found the "on" button. It only took moments to figure out the basics of the contraption, and while doing so, he thought vaguely back to the 12th Division captain, Mayuri Kurotsuchi. The man would've possibly wet himself at the prospect of a new invention, something new to poke and prod at... something that would take him out of the shadow of his predecessor. Of course, since it really didn't deal with peeling humans or shinigami apart, he'd lose interest just as quickly as it would come. An involuntary shudder flew down Gin's spine. As much as he was on the slightly more sadistic side, Mayuri was just out and out disgustingly ruthless.

The shiver brought him back to the fact that he had no place to stay, and only his robes to keep him warm. Not that the robes were lacking cloth, they just got a little eety bitty bit too drafty for the skinny ex-captain's liking. Gin heaved an uncharacteristically dramatic sigh before standing to dust himself off. Time to let those lovely wandering tendencies out once again.

Except this time, there was no one to worry about leaving anyone behind.
