Setting: The roof of City Hall
Time: Late evening of the first day of week nine.
Warnings: EVILNESS!
The city really had been taking them far, far too lightly. Hopefully, however, that was all about to change. The preperation had been completed, and now it was time for the 'main event', as Hades had called it.
On top of City Hall she appeared, staff clutched tightly in her hands as she willed the thorns above her to part and allow her to be seen. She paused, looking down upon the city that was bathed in the glow of the dying evening. The painted sky shifting to dark blues and purples. She couldn't help smile to herself. This was just far too easy.
The Mistress of Evil's voice suddely echoed out across the city as she rose her staff up high above her head, weaving a spell.
"Darkness snuff out every light.
Turn day into eternal night.
Above is but a starless sky.
With this curse let all hope die!"
Wicked laughter soon followed as power crackled from Malefient's staff then upwards. The evening sky began to darken as a cloud of pitch black magic formed, growing at the top of the dome and spreading outwards.
Slowly but surely the sky above turned to nothing but darkness. Not a single false moon or star was left in the sky.
The curse then swept down upon the city, darkening every lamp and lantern. Not a single light on the streets could be seen.
Paixao had been plunged into utter darkness.
