Urd certainly didn't have any room to judge if Genie had blown something up in a fit of temper. That was something she did too often herself. Clearing her throat and banishing the image of the melted flagpole from her mind, she twirled the club and hit her palm with the end of it. "Right!" She started to head for her ball but stopped for a moment, glancing at him. "You know, I really didn't do anything to your ball," she said, pointing to the bright-blue, lipstick-marked ball. "I was just trying to psych you out. If you want to use a different one, though, you can."
With that, she stepped up to her ball. Taking her cue from the djinn, she crouched low to the grass and lined up her shot, eyes narrowed as she focused. She didn't whip out any measuring instruments, though...Urd did a lot better when she just went with the flow, relying on chance. She stood up abruptly, smiling an easy, casual smile and hit the ball.
It flew through the air briefly through the air, bouncing near the hole. It rolled to a slow stop at the edge of the hole and Urd leaned forward, face intense. "Come on! Go! Get in!" she yelled, moving her hands frantically. As if it understood her, the ball finally klunked inside the hole.
She cheered, jumping up with one fist upraised. "Yes!"
