Well, that was...unlikely. The truth was, Urd hadn't actually done anything to the ball -- she'd decided to employ a little deception, make Genie think she had done something to his ball, all to fluster him and make him second guess himself. After all, psychological warfare was just good strategy and hardly cheating. Apparently her efforts had been for nothing.

Shaking herself from her stunned silence before the djinn could see that she was, in fact, pretty impressed, the goddess snorted in derision at his gloating, waving a dismissive hand at the outstretched club. "Lucky shot and not even remotely a problem," she yawned, slowly floating up in the air, bare feet rising from the thick grass. "I'll show you something even better."

Flying towards their balls, Urd stopped by the hole to (hopefully) complete her shot. She touched down to the green once more, same club in her hands. It didn't make good golf sense to use such a club this close to the hole, but she didn't seem to care. Situating herself just so in front of her ball, she glanced at Genie with a smirk before winding back, swinging...and hitting the ball so oddly that it jumped up vertically, bounced off of Genie's ball and rolled into the hole.

Urd laughed triumphantly behind her raised hand. "Behold the power of a goddess!"
