He stopped to scratch his head in frustration, eying the cactus now poking out of Lenne’s bag in silence. Over ten thousand years worth of knowledge and he couldn’t so much as remember a simple golf club. The genie was always annoyed by something like this. It was also at the worst times he managed to forget such things too. He huffed and glanced around the tent hoping that either his eyes would stumble on the missing club or catch something that reminded him of it.
“Oh, don’t worry about it.” Genie assured the girl. “I’m sure it’s around here somewhere – I probably have multiples of it. I do have quite the club collection after all.” He paused for a moment to look around the tent a second time and chuckled. “I didn’t even know I had this many to be honest. Talk about spiralling out of control. Makes me glade I got that pet goldfish instead of those bunnies.”
