"Ohohohohohohoho!"

The laugh echo'd across the cobblestone outside City Hall, as a moment later a giant explosion of fire erupted out of thin air, sending any Neo Shadows that had avoided being caught in the great blast scattering.

Perched high above on a nearby building, a short figure could be seen, looking greatly amused and intrigued. These strange creatures were the Heartless mentioned on the device? How interesting, indeed! They were nothing like anything the Tarutaru had ever seen. She watched with great curiosity as they gathered around the base of the building, apparently interested in her as much as she them.

Shantotto laughed to herself as she gathered her magic, casting once more, and the creatures below found themselves being zapped with a powerful Thundaga II spell, before disappearing into pools of darkness.

She then turned, eyes snapping to a creature that had invaded her rooftop perch. It's approach was quickly brought to a stop with a simple bind spell.

"Trying to sneak up on me was a complete waste of your time. You're about to regret making the climb!" she said, not sure if the creature could understand or not. If it did, it showed no signs. That fact was quickly noted.

Magic gathered around her again as she spoke and the Heartless was soon the victim of Freeze.
