Betrayal for Betrayal [Active]

Character(s): Larxene, Zexion
Content: Larxene pays Zexion a visit, post-Elenra.
Setting: ?
Time: morning, week seven
Warnings: Larxene and Zexion

It was rare Larxene came calling on other Organization members without being called. But this was a very peculiar set of circumstances--the entire previous week had been--and so she found herself opening a portal and stepping through to pay a visit to Zexion.

He had his own motives, Larxene was sure, but Zexion had helped her in the previous week. And Marluxia had betrayed her. And Xemnas had--well, she didn't want to think about that, and relished in the ability to put it aside so easily. What good were hearts that prevented such things? But she was fair; she hated liars, and would repay betrayal with betrayal.

And oh, did Marluxia know a thing or two about betrayal.

She stepped out into Zexion's usual haunt. Her voice wasn't its usual chirp; it was more emotionless than she normally used, more serious as a result. She was still reveling in not having to show any tone in her voice. "Zexion, are you in?"

"Ah," Zexion answered. A single word, but it spoke volumes. The last piece of the puzzle sliding in, or the key that turned the lock. It made sense now.

It did not, however, excuse his attempt.

"And so he seeks to find a way to recreate the Organization in his own image so as to no longer need to take orders."
