Last and Least
Characters: Vexen and Timon
Content: The last of this session of experiments takes place...somewhere.
Setting: Excellent question.
Time: See above answer.
Warnings: Well, it is Lab B...take that as you will.
It had certainly taken long enough to come to this point, Vexen reflected placidly as he prepared his lab. He was still quite bitter over the loss of his proxy laboratory setup outside the gates of the city, but this location would function just as well for his purposes.
It didn't take long to complete his preparations, and he clapped his hands twice, summoning the Dusks with his prisoner to the laboratory. He busied himself with paperwork as they strapped their protesting prisoner to the lab table, then turned to face the rodent as they left. "I don't believe we've met," he said simply, not really caring what the answer would be.

“Like you’d know, considering.” The meerkat replied, far from surprised to see the scientist retreat. It wasn’t as though he had real feelings, never mind knew enough about them to make such an observation. He imagined the comment had simply been made to make him feel worse. Unfortunately, it worked. Timon quickly found his head swamped with thoughts he had tried to avoid, especially during his session with Vexen. Now was not the time to think such thoughts.
He shook his head in an attempt to clear it, quickly taking note of the pointed object in the Nobodies hand. Timon didn’t know what it was, but it looked like it would hurt. Whether it was the light or the syringe, something raised an ill feeling in his stomach, almost a warning. Something bad was about to happen and the meerkat knew it. “H-hey, what that?” he asked, shifting uncomfortably against the straps. His eyes never left the syringe. “What are you doing?”
