Come Into My Parlor [completed]

Characters:  Kefka, Celes, Setzer
Content:  FFVI heroes meet FFVI villain.  DUN DUN DUN.
Setting:  The Central Station
Time:  HIGH NOON
Warnings:  Kefka, and everything that comes with him

Time really did go by far too slowly when one was bored, Kefka had decided.  Not that he hadn't known this before, but it seemed as though the conversation had been had eons ago, and it didn't help that he was so excited to see her again.

It was just too bad the general wasn't as malleable as she had been before.  But that could be changed easily enough!  With enough time, all resolve wavered and all promises came to naught.  Hee-hee~  He would be glad to make her will bend sooner rather than later.  Patience never had been one of his virtues.

Aside from now, at least.  When the prize was so great, even that could be managed.

Celes saw the ice materialize just as she swept her blades in and knew the counter attack was going to hurt. Fortunately for her, Setzer's attack from behind had distracted Kefka enough to get him to drop the spell and allow Celes to sweep in, which she did, feeling a slight hint of satisfaction as one of her blades made contact.

She leaped backwards after the strike, pulling her swords together as she did so and preparing for the next attack. The ex-general was easy dissuaded from that at the sight of the barrage of spells heading her way. She managed to avoid the first before she pulled herself in close so she wouldn't be as much of a target, even if he wasn't aiming at all.

Swords crossed in front of her, Celes waited it out to see what he would do next, laughing to herself when she noticed the abrupt stop. Pulling herself back up, she glanced around for Setzer to be sure of his location before she answered. "Give it up, Kefka."
