Nation Transplant [Active, Open]
Character(s): Lithuania
Content: Lithuania enters Paixao.
Setting: Muspelheim gate
Time: week three, late morning
Warnings: none
This wasn't Lithuania--nowhere close. He was sure he'd just been there, walking through the fields, enjoying one of his rare stolen moments of time off when--well, this happened. What, precicely, this was he would have to figure out. As it was, he was standing outside a huge dome, there were a line of blonds waiting to get in, and he really didn't see much of interest out here except for some ruins he couldn't place--though they'd never been his specialty.
So he'd just have to wait in line. He did, casting uncertain looks at the others in line and wondering just where he was--they didn't really look like anyone, too pale, he was tempted to say. It wasn't long before he had reached the front of the line, and was facing a blond-haired man who looked much the same as everyone in line had. It was really starting to unnerve him.
"H-hello," Lithuania said, hoping the man would understand him. "I'm not sure how I got here, or where this is. Ah, I'm sorry, but where is this?"
"This is Paixao," the man said, handing Lithuania a small thin box. "Name, please?"
Lithuania blinked. "What for?"
"Name?"
He just stared for a moment. Were they keeping records of who entered? Was just popping in a common phenomenon? No, that was impossible. And yet, here he was. "T-Toris Laurinaitis."
"Thank you. Welcome to Paixao, sir."
And he was shuffled into the city as the guard looked next at the man behind him. Lithuania was left to look first at the strange laptop and then at the city that stretched out before him. IT was like nowhere he had ever seen--were there jewels sewn into the grass?
He gaped, looking quite out of place.

His attention was diverted, however, when he passed the Muspelheim gate. He had been just walking along, when suddenly he was hit with a Vibe unlike any he'd felt before. It came from a single person, but sounded as if it were thousands of voices raised together in a song that spoke of pride and adversity.
Looking up, Hanekoma noticed a young man with long brown hair standing near the entrance looking very befuddled. There was no mistake that he was the source of the usual Vibe, and looking closer, Hanekoma saw his Soul also appeared to be made of a patchwork of thousands of distinct souls woven together with one another.
Pushing up his sunglasses, Hanekoma strode forward with an easy wave, and said, "Hey there boss, you look a little lost. Need any help?"

"Hello," he said, smiling a bit nervously. "I guess I just got here and I'm--"
He couldn't just say he had no idea how he got here, could he? That sounded insane. He shrugged, searched for the words, and finally sighed.
"I guess I don't know... Where I am."

Scratching the back of his head, Hanekoma wished he could be a bit more helpful, though there were limits to even his knowledge. "Tell you what, why don't you come back to my shop for a cuppa joe, and I'll see if I can clarify some stuff."
All introductions were best conducted over a cup of coffee after all.

He hadn't heard about any mysterious disappearances--well, of course there were some in the world, but nothing like this, people disappearing into thin air. Of course, if no one had gotten back, maybe they were all filed away. But no one else had seen them disappear?
If he was gone too long, Lithuania realized, someone would notice. He wouldn't even have to be gone all that long.
Lithuania nodded at the man and followed after him. "I'm Toris Laurinaitis, by the way. You are?"
no subject
Extending his hand he said, "Pleased to meet you Toris, I'm Sanae Hanekoma."
no subject
"It's a pleasure," Lithuania replied almost automatically, attempting to smile to hide his worry. "You've been here long enough to open a shop?"
no subject
"Well, actually I haven't been here all that long, but I'm not really so good with time off," Hanekoma said, scratching the back of his head sheepishly. "Plus, this city didn't have a coffee shop before mine, which was an injustice I had to address."
no subject
"I can't afford to take time off," Lithuania said. "I really need to get home as soon as I can."
no subject
He could tell Lithuania was a little more nervous than he let on, but he didn't press things. If the other man wanted to tell him he would. For now Hanekoma would help how he could.

He could sense it, as easily as he could see or hear he could tell that Lithuania was far away, his home and his land and his self lost somewhere in the void of space. It made him wonder if he was on another planet, if maybe Tony had done something--but no, he didn't think that was it. He just didn't know what it was.

Adjusting his sunglasses, Hanekoma shrugged and asked, "So, where is home for you? I was based in Shibuya Japan myself until recently."
