Team TARDIS Regroups [Active]
Character(s): The Doctor and whenever Donna, Rose and Jenny come back? ...Rosette still here? IDK ;A;
Content: After the Doctor gets back from his trip to the church.
Setting: The TARDIS
Time: Evening? Backdated to week one, oops. =A=;
Warnings: None
Well, it had been quite a day. The adventure to the church had been interesting, to say the least. As soon as they'd got back to the city and he'd parted ways with Sonic and Lara, the Doctor had posted about help with a lock. Of course, he didn't have a trunk in need of opening (though he did have quite a few trunks) but he didn't really trust the journals. It was a bit of a long shot, but he was sure the door was important, so it was worth having a go at least.
He was a bit surprised he'd found so many willing to have a go. Whether any could or not would be another matter, not to mention getting back in there would be a bit tricky, but still, they'd find a way.
Once the Doctor had done that, he'd headed back to the TARDIS only to find Rosette locked out and the massive poster of post it notes from Rose and Donna. It was good they'd left him a note and all, but...
Since he wasn't sure where they were, the Doctor decided to tackle something else that had been on his mind: the journals.
He didn't trust them at all, so he decided he'd like to take a closer look at one. Of course, when he'd wanted it, he couldn't figure out where he'd tucked his, but there was Donna's on the floor. She must have dropped it or something.
Before long the Doctor was perched on the seat by the console, various parts of Donna's journal laying on the console itself, and the Doctor very intently scanning the inner board, his glasses perched on his nose.

Her mood had lifted considerably upon entering the TARDIS. Sure, she was safe, but there were also hundreds of multi-colored pieces of paper stuck to the walls of the console room. She'd taken one look, found a relatively blank piece of wall, leaned against it, and proceeded to laugh herself silly. She hadn't had a good laugh - hell, she hadn't had a laugh at all - for too long, and it felt good. She was now busying herself looking them over, finding the ones with more amusing messages and reading them aloud. "Don't forget to bring a banana," she grinned, then headed over to the console and leaned against it, careful not to disturb any of the journal parts that littered the surface. "Doctor," she inquired lightly, still grinning, "did you remember your banana today?"

"Good evening, Doctor." She said, raising a hand in a wave before looking down at the console, and seeing something vaguely familiar. "Where'd you get that to dissect?"
no subject
Not at all.
"Hello," she squeaked, then swallowed and pursed her lips, trying to fight off the kid caught with a hand in the cookie jar smile. She saw Rosette as well, and nodded a greeting, not quite trusting her voice now.
Hopefully whatever the Doctor was 'dissecting' was distracting him enough.

"Well, that was fun. Can't help but love the running." She said, her bright smile unaffected by the situation. She was nowhere near out of breath from the run when she turned to notice Rosette there.
"Hello. Don't believe we've met. I'm Jenny."

"Now.... what's this? Hmmm... if that does... but that would mean..." the Doctor mumbled away as he stared at the insides of the journal, screwdriver in hand and his specks perched on his nose. A good portion of it was normal, primitive even, but there was some rather unusual things about it.
However, he finally broke his concentration as he realized he and Rosette had company. Company he was rather glad to see. If they'd been gone much longer he would have gone out looking for them.
"What? Oh this? On the floor. Was it yours?" he asked her, despite full well knowing it probably was hers, but she didn't have to know he knew that, right? Glancing past her, he noticed Rose first and grinned a bit, "'Allo Rose--" cutting off as he noticed the third who'd entered.
So... that was her. Jenny. His... daughter?

The door opening distracted her from that rather messy question, and she turned and waved to Rose and Donna. The third girl was new, th- oh. Jenny. "Nice to meet you, Jenny," she replied with a smile. "I'm Rosette."
That done, she sidled over to Rose, leaning close to speak quietly in her ear - she didn't want the Doctor to hear. "Does he really keep a banana in his pocket?"
