It had taken the Doctor a while to show up, which was to say Rosette had been sitting outside for a long time. Good thing there had been a cafe nearby.
Her mood had lifted considerably upon entering the TARDIS. Sure, she was safe, but there were also hundreds of multi-colored pieces of paper stuck to the walls of the console room. She'd taken one look, found a relatively blank piece of wall, leaned against it, and proceeded to laugh herself silly. She hadn't had a good laugh - hell, she hadn't had a laugh at all - for too long, and it felt good. She was now busying herself looking them over, finding the ones with more amusing messages and reading them aloud. "Don't forget to bring a banana," she grinned, then headed over to the console and leaned against it, careful not to disturb any of the journal parts that littered the surface. "Doctor," she inquired lightly, still grinning, "did you remember your banana today?"
