Latchkey Kid (Active)
Characters: Rosette, OPEN
Content: As she stated in her journal, Rosette is locked out of the TARDIS and nobody seems to be around to let her in. Anybody want to keep her company?
Setting: Outside the TARDIS, around the I9 area
Time: Midmorning
Warnings: Probably a bit of swearing, given it's Rosette. The rest will depend on who shows up.
This was not how things were supposed to go. Of course, Rosette had no idea if there really was a plan for things, but really, there was no way they could have turned out this badly naturally. Something somewhere had gone wrong.
She'd been tricked into believing that her brother was in the city (he wasn't), she'd been locked out of the TARDIS and was hoping someone inside would open the door (they hadn't) or that she could get ahold of the Doctor (she couldn't), and now, sitting on the ground with her back against the TARDIS' wall, she was really hoping someone would come by and let her in.
(So far? They hadn't.)

He looked at the box, wondering why the woman would want to go inside of it. It seemed entirely too small to be of any shelter. He knew what police were, but he couldn't for the life of him figure out what they'd be doing in a box. Maybe she had just forgotten something? He couldn't quite see inside of the structure, but even if he could, he couldn't see to the floor of it.
