Shopping! [closed]
Characters: Cid, Roxas, Gene, whoever else would like to choose to participate
Content: Cid opens his shop and meets his new employees
Setting: Cid's Shop, across the street from the center branch of the Actua Are
Time: Wednesday night
Warnings: None!
It had taken him two whole days to clean the place up and get it to his liking, but he was finally done and ready for business. He stood in the doorway of the shop, looking over all his hard work, and gave an approving nod. Not a bad job, if he did say so himself.
He had kept alot of the original furniture that was there when he got it, but he had rearranged it and found a few old rugs in the back to lay on the hardwood floors. There was a rather large fireplace that he had moved the couch in front of... he thought it was a good idea, since Paixao was rather cold, and his customers (or those damn friends of his) could come in and warm up.
Oh. He'd forgotten to start it. Might as well do that now. The sun was setting and it had been freezing all day. He hadn't worn his sweatshirt once, though. He's gotta keep up his manly image, and a little cold never hurt anybody!
Well, maybe it did...
It had seemed to Cid that the store had been a pawn shop before he got his hands on it, so there was a great number of different things avalible for him to sell, or to modify. Everything was going so well.
Now he just had to wait until someone threw a wrench in the works.

He sniffed and wiped at his nose with his thumb, then jerked it back in the direction of a ladder to his left.
"Up in the attic there's a few rooms that are currently avalible for tenants." He cleared his throat awkwardly and mumbled, "So there's room for y'all to stay if you don't have anywhere to go." He lifted his chin back up and pointed in the direction of a small door in the far left-corner of the store.
"Back in there is a staircase leadin' to an old basement... Kinda run down, but there's a bar in there with some old drinks and barstools. Also some kinda stage, too. Looks like they were havin' some fun down there when this place was in it's prime, if you know what I mean..." He chuckled, then looked over at the very confused little blond boy. Whoops.
