Thunder, Lightning, Strike. (Active//Open)

Character(s): Kino Makoto, whoever feels courageous enough to try to calm her down.
Content: Makoto, after thinking she saw Usagi, having Zetsu flash out of existence in front of her eyes, then being attacked by the heartless from her hallucination, heads outside the domes to blow off some steam.
Setting: Outside the domes, near Nifleheim gate.
Time: Afternoon
Warnings: Possible violence. Jupiter is not happy.

All she wanted to do was get outside for a while, to make sure she didn't hurt anyone who didn't really need to be hurt at all. After being attacked by that weird shadowy thing, she needed to blow off some major steam.

She'd managed to take it down, after running somewhere to henshin, then coming out, lightning blazing, not a happy camper at all. After causing enough damage to the strange creature, and possibly the building behind it, it had disappeared.

Just like that plant guy... she thought to herself as she neared the gate. The guard stood there, staring her down, as if he wasn't going to let her through.

"Let me through, or you won't like what happens." Jupiter threatened, letting the lighting jump from hand to hand as she held them in front of her. The guard seemed to get the drift, and moved out of her way, letting her through.

She walked out into the field and screamed at the top of her lungs, discharging a lot of the pent up power in her hands. This place just made her angry, pure and simple.

Virgil was out of costume for once, he knew he probably stuck out either way, with his dark skin and funky hair but he figured there wasn't anyone here who knew him from his home world so maybe he was safe. It was that and the fact he was tired of staying in costume all the time, he liked being in street clothes too. He was near one of the gates when he felt a strong electrical discharge. "Woah," he looked up at the sky, usually that meant a storm was coming, he was good at sensing those but the sky was as clear as ever. "Where's it coming from then...ah man this is probably gonna take some aerial viewing," he muttered to himself.

The young man ducked into a quiet space between two buildings and pulled out his costume from his backpack. He was glad he had all this stuff on him he wasn't sure what he would do without his costume or a pair of civilian clothes...but he was really starting to wish he had a place to stay or something. He was starting to feel like a hobo.

Tossing out his flying disc and charging it with a little electricity he flew up and over the building to see where that huge amount of electricity was coming from. It wasn't hard to find really, he just had to follow the charge being thrown out into the air...most of it seemed to be blocked out by the domes but it was just so powerful and close by that he managed to pick up on it.

He got to the field to see a stunned guard standing there, the guard turned his attention to Static when he approached. Static grinned, "Hey, mind if I check out what's going on with your electricity problem? I am kind of an expert." The guard gave him a look and Static held up his hands, "Hey, I'll be right back, man, no need to get nasty." While his hands were held up he pointed a finger at the guard and gave him a friendly zap of electricity, pushing him back to the wall and sticking him there, "Sorry, I'll get you down when I get back."

Static zipped past the guard and flew out towards the fields, almost getting zapped by one of stray blasts. The electromagnetic hero didn't bother dodging and actually caught the attack, the lightening crackling in his hands and moving down his body, "Well that sort of tingled." He looked down at the field to see the young woman throwing off electricity and looking mighty pissed off doing so, "I've heard of throwing tantrums but throwing lightening is a little bit dangerous don't you think?"

The young woman didn't turn around, Static was kind of relieved, that meant she wasn't going to attack him. Unless she was trying to get him to relax his guard. He continued to hover in the air just in case...it'd take a LOT of lightening to hurt him so that was a plus. He frowned slightly when she finally spoke, "Somethin' bad must have happened to get you that pissed off."

He didn't know her of course but she didn't sound like the type of person who got angry enough to throw around lightening bolts very often. "Aside from the fact that hurting yourself is probably not a good idea it'll take a lot more than few stray bolts to hurt me...I'm kinda affiliated with that sort of ability after all."

Static chuckled nervously, "Yeah, I guess you could say curiosity got the better of me."

"Oh," Static knew it would probably be rude to press much further, heck he didn't even know this girls name yet. He smiled, "Yeah, I noticed, you were tossing off some pretty powerful charges a minute ago. That was pretty impressive."

He shrugged, she seemed like a nice person who wasn't going to attack him as soon as he was on the ground. He lowered the disc and jumped off when it was close enough to the ground, snatching the disc out of the air and making it fold up into it's handy pocket form, "So, are you like a super hero where you're from? Oh, and the name's Static by the way...I'm still kinda new to this place so I haven't actually met many people." He thought of the strange white thing that had greeted him at the gate, yeah, he definitely needed to start getting out more.

"Awhile, huh? Guess it really isn't just as easy to come through that gate thing as it is to get out," Static pondered, he'd been flying around the domed city a lot and as far as he could tell the gates were the only means out of the domes but apparently not the way back home.

"So, what makes this place so interesting...aside from the fact that people wind up here randomly and are given a complimentary PDA thing to boot." Static hoped that Sailor Jupiter would be a bit more helpful about information than that white thing had been.

Static chuckled nervously, glancing back at the gate, "Yeah, I kinda noticed that." He felt kinda bad for what he'd done to the guard but it was a little late now. It sounded like a lot had been happening here before he'd arrived. That was troubling but maybe he'd been called here for a reason.

He couldn't help but think of Ebon when he heard the words 'shadow creature.' He certainly hoped it wasn't Ebon but he had a feeling that if the shadowy gang leader had been here he would have come for Static already (he had the knack of finding Static when Static least wanted to see him). "Fighting a shadow can be pretty hard...that is if these creatures are anything like this guy I've fought a few times back home," Static replied.

"Huh, well, maybe they just like to prove that they're actually doing something other than just standin' around. So, when someone does try to get out they have to make it some big show," Static replied, shrugged because he honestly didn't know.

Static shifted awkwardly when Sailor Jupiter asked him how he got rid of his Ebon, "Ah...well...I never really did, he always came back or broke out of jail. Although, last I saw him he had gotten way out of control and kind of self-exploded so...who knows," he recalled the mix of Ebon and Hotstreak which had been quite intimidating. "But," Static continued, "he was usually really susceptible to bright lights and a lot of it...so if this shadow creature you talked about is the same just try blinding it by overloading some lights with your electricity...or something."

"Beats me," Static replied with a shrug, he'd just gotten here after all. Although, if it was that easy to take out the guards maybe they should look into better ones.

Static rubbed the back of his neck, "Yeah, he was a little unstable and he kinda just went...boom." Static made the hand gesture to demonstrate this explosion, "It was only a one time deal...I don't think you have to worry about the shadow creatures you saw here doing that...unless they get genetically combined with a flaming meta-human that is." He grinned as if this were no big deal.

Static glanced back at the domes, "I guess. Not like we can do much out here." He smirked slightly, "Well, if you do feel the need to shock someone, you can try me...I can handle a few volts of electricity no problem."

He paused for a moment before turning to her again, "Though, I do have a question...how do you handle the whole civilian/hero thing here? I mean, does anyone get suspicious about it?"

Static stored this away for later, it just didn't seem as easy since both Virgil and Static would be magically appearing in Paixao at the same time. Still, he needed to get it out there that Static was here to help...and it wasn't like Hotstreak or Ebon were here yet. So it wouldn't be AS bad if someone discovered who he was.

He'd give it a little more thought later. In all the comic books when a hero was taken to another dimension they never seemed to go out of hero mode but Virgil liked being able to rely on his civilian form sometimes. He'd just have to be cautious.

"Alright, thanks. I wouldn't want to be wearing this mask all the time either," he replied with a smile. He wasn't sure how Jupiter managed without a mask...maybe it was like a Superman thing.
