Promises Kept (Active/Closed)
Character: Ichihara Yuuko and Timon
Content: Yuuko sets up for a meeting with an interesting guest.
Setting: H6 Area, an old building with a painted black Monoka on the gate a sign nearby reads "Yuuko's Shop"
Time: Afternoon
Warnings: None
The grandfather clock chimed in the hallway and Yuuko found herself once again wishing she had someone to work for her...perhaps she should put an ad out or something...but then she'd have to pay them and Yuuko wasn't big on paying by conventional means...besides gold laced the ground of this world so it wasn't like they were heard pressed for that sort of thing. No, as a witch she had a reputation...she needed to find someone who needed her help and get them to do her chores for her in exchange. That could wait though...right now she was expecting company.
Sitting in her parlor she had an easy view of the front door of her building and while she generally wasn't so open with her shop this world had a strange vibe to it that interfered with her own magic...it meant she had to 'advertise' a bit more in order to get anywhere with her services. Not caring how long she had to wait for her guest Yuuko relaxed on the sofa, her long hair draping over the sides and a fan moving lazily back and forth in her hand...she looked forward to cake and booze.

"My aching feet." he groaned, dragging himself along. "Maybe I should have set a time n' day. After all this walking, she might not eve be home." The rodent frowned at the though. "Wouldn't that be just my luck?"
He observed the buildings he passed lazily. What was he supposed to be looking for again? A sign, right? Some sort of... Rabbit that was painted on the shop. He hadn't really been paying that close attention, his focus mainly on his feet rather than his surroundings. But perhaps that was what made what happened next even more surprising.
Suddenly, his feet came to a halt. Not because he made them, but because... Well, he didn't really know why. All he knew was that he was now completely immobile, regardless of his efforts to continue moving forward. "Hey, what gives?!" the meerkat questioned aloud. "I can't move!"
It wasn't long before panic struck, and a number of people responsible for such a crime quickly came to mind. However, before he could spook himself to greatly, his feet were suddenly back in motion. Not by his instruction, though, oh no. But by their own now. He unexpectedly jerked backward, his feet carrying him back a number of paces. He tried to latch himself onto passing buildings, plants, and structures, but failed miserably.
Once again he stopped.
"Eh?" The meerkat stared down at his feet before testingly taking a step forward. He was pleased to find his feet fully functional once again. Though, the shadow he noticed looming over him certainly gave him a jump. Spinning around, he looked up in shock. Then puzzlement.
Hadn't he passed this place? Why would his feet lead him to this dump, of all places?
He then noticed the painting on the gate. "Oh." His feet were surprisingly clever. This 'dump', as he called it, was Yuuko's shop.

Seeing as she had no one to answer the door she moved towards the threshold and slid the newly installed Japanese door open to her porch, eyes immediately traveling to her gate as she leaned against the door, "Oh~ so it's you." She had been expecting someone but there were quite a number of people it could have been. The person there of course was on the top of her list and so she smiled, "I've been expecting you."
