Could you give me a hand? [Active]
Character(s): Edward Elric, Pride & Washu
Content: Couple of nerds discussing electronics, physics, biology, etc.
Setting: Haja o Que Houver F4
Time: Evening
Warnings: Eh, I think it's just going to be short people being nerdy...
Ed debated changing immediately upon returning from their shopping trip. It had been three years since he'd had clothes that actually fit him. Germany had had the dual problem of being filled with HUGE people and having a devastated economy that made finding a tailor who was still in business nearly impossible. He'd had to resort to wearing arm-garters to keep sleeves that were much too long from covering his hands and turning up pant-legs to make a new hem. All in all, the prospect of not floundering inside of garments that fit him like a circus tent was rather appealing. However, when Washu got here, he was most likely going to have to take off most of his cloths anyway and logic won out in the end.
Pride seemed pleased enough with his own purchases and was looking decidedly less like Envy (or a harlot) in a pale blue and silver vest and button-down shirt. Another positive side-effect of the change in wardrobe was that now, unless looked directly in the eye, they both now blended in perfectly with the local population. This would both make it easier to move in the city and less easily spotted by anyone who might be trying to search them out undetected.

Still, by the time they were done, Pride was back in his place at Edward's side, the taller boy's sleeve in hand and seeming quite content with himself.

She just wished she'd been able to gather more tools...still until she was able to actually STUDY the arm she wouldn't be able to figure out what tools she'd need anyway. When she reached the hotel she went to the front desk and inquired as to what room the boy, Edward, was staying.
