Nina was standing in line with as much patience as a four year old girl anticipating tasty desserts could muster: very little. She bounced around Repliku and Alexander as if the mere thought of a sugar high was enough to spark it. Alexander occasionally chased her playfully, but for the most part took the role of protector, sitting beside Repliku and watching her run, making sure nobody suspicious to the dog got too close to her.
