Filtering through the entrance line - 9 o' clock(ish)

There was nothing about the idea of a party that Monkey D. Luffy didn't like. The very mention of the word alone was enough to get him terribly excited. To that end, it was only natural that from the very moment the festival grounds opened, the young man in the straw hat, bouncing and bubbling over with anticipation, was in the midst of the line to enter, looking so happy that his smile might just outgrow the rest of his face.

"All pirates should love a good party," he always said. Good friends make up the foundation for any good party, and by adding in music and enough good food to go around, Luffy and his crew usually became the biggest thing to hit any port they landed in.

Following the line as it shuffled in, crowded in by a sea of unfamiliar faces all waiting for the same thing, Luffy made his way in due time to the front. The security team eyed him for a moment, but seeing him as a young, skinny little thing with a rather oblivious smile, really had no reason to be suspicious that he was, in fact, a very wanted man. After being handed his raffle ticket, Luffy's grin expanded, and he started off into the crowd with a quick gallop.
