Found a clover [completed]

Character(s): Lan
Content: Enter the clover
Setting: Niflheim
Time: Early morning
Warnings: none as of yet

Lan could always know where his twin brother was. He could always know how A was, but now he could only feel a tingling emptiness in the back of his mind where his twin used to linger. Another person would put it as worrying, but Lan could not decide what he was feeling as he walked slowly towards the beautiful gates in front of him.

Slowly, he stopped and turned around to look at the place he woke up on. Lan wasn't meant to ever leave Gingetsu's house. He didn't mean to leave however, he simply woke up here. He was also sure that Gingetsu had nothing to do with him being here. Lan hoped that Wizard Shu would be lenient with them. Subtly, his brows furrowed. He hoped Wizard Shu hadn't done anything to Gingetsu. He gripped the too-long sleeves of his white pajamas gently, then releasing them before walking on towards the gatekeeper.

"Hello," the blonde-haired woman greeted him with an artificial smile. "May I have your name?" Lan looked up at her with slight wonder for a moment. Not many had ever asked him for a name. He was once C, one of the three-leaf triplets. The wizards did not put much thought into their names. After all, weapons needed no names, only children do. Gingetsu gave him a name though, a real one.

"Lan," he replied with his eyes brightening a little, and a smile, if you had watched closely.

The gatekeeper gave him brochures and a tiny green device with another one of her dry smiles before ushering him through the gates. Cautiously, for Lan was never rash in action, he walked through the gates. He scanned the area with his eyes, rather unpleased by how the domes resembled the cage he spent most of his life in. At the very least, A did not seem to be here. Gingetsu was however.

Examining the green device he was given, Lan was just about to figure out its function when a strong gust of wind blew the brochures and the device out of his hand. Surprised by the sudden gale, Lan fumbled to his knees awkwardly to catch his runaway journal.
