Surrounded by Idiots [Completed]
Character(s): Ansem, Kadaj, Cloud, Hojo, Vicious
Content: Ansem arrives tosmack a bitch see what all the commotion is about and interview Vicious.
Setting: Fortress of Darkniss™
Time: Tuesday afternoon
Warnings: Villain-anger, slapstick, fluff
Ansem was feeling the best he'd felt since his humiliating defeat at the hands of the Keyblade master as he made his way down to the great hall to meet his guest.
His guest was not there, however, and Ansem's temper kindled as he realised that stooge had, for no conceivable reason, led the mercenary down to the lower level. Everything on the lower level was classified. There were to be no strangers down there. Any fool would no that.
But apparently this one hadn't.
He supposed it was no great loss. Whether the mercenary agreed to work for him willingly or not, he would not be leaving these walls again but under Ansem's will.
When he reached the lower level and saw the signs of a struggle, the utter...disarray, and filth from out of doors that had gotten into his pristine laboratory, Ansem was immediately furious. Apparently a child's errand was too much responsibility for the scientist. And whoever was responsible for this mess was going to pay.
Turning a corner, he came upon an unusual sight: the unwanted jester sprawled out on the floor looking like a drowned rat, his spectacles askew as he glared at a strange shirtless man slumped half-dead against one wall.
This was unacceptable within his carefully-ordered domain. Completely unacceptable.
"Mr. Hojo!" Ansem growled. "What is the meaning of this?"

no subject
Kadaj let his arm fall finally, sending a small glance over his shoulder at the blond man. But, hadn't this been what he wanted? To be reunited with his family? The traitor hadn't been his first choice, obviously, but...
He started laughing softly. "He's my older brother~" he said in a bright, cheery voice, giving Ansem a beautific smile. "I'm so glad you caught him, Ansem. This will make things so much easier..."
It would be a lot harder to kill Cloud if he didn't know where he was after all.
To Kadaj <3
When Kadaj revealed that his pet was his older brother, Ansem was even more confused. He hated not understanding, not knowing, perhaps more than anything in the universe. This couldn't be one of the brothers Kadaj had spoken of. Ansem would surely have recognised that sleeping Presence in his pet. And yet...that intoxicating Darkness...
Comparing the two now side by side, there was something they shared, but it was not connected to that magnificence he had seen in the Sephiroth, it was something...else.
Ansem walked the two steps that took him close to the smiling boy. "If it pleases you, then I am also pleased. But tell me, my love, what have I facilitated for you by taking him? I thought Yazoo and Loz were the brothers you sought..."
