Where the hell is this? [Completed]

Character(s): Hayate, Dan Phantom
Content: Hayate enters Paixao, broods about not knowing where anyone is and the fact that he can't find the Road of Light, and wonders if Leafe can evolve. Dan interrupts, claiming Hayate is "tripping him". Long story, short, two very stubborn individuals are rather...remotely interested in each other for very different reasons.
Setting: Niflheim
Time: noon
Warnings:a brooding knight and a slight increase in wind speed in the vicinity of the Niflheim gate. Dan Phantom is his own warning although I doubt even I could explain the warning; Potential violence, perhaps?

Hayate remembered the battle with Sasame being a draw. He remembered Fenrir winning anyway and taking Sasame from them. He remembered Leafenia being drained of all its life. He remembered settling in the church with Himeno and the other Knights, minus the traitor, so that they could all get some semblance of rest.

What he didn't remember however, was falling asleep outside. He grumbled when he opened his eyes to find...a relatively green area. Didn't look like Awayuki Town...Didn't look like Leafenia either...

He pushed himself up to a sitting position and looked around...there was a decent sized line of blond and blue eyed individuals standing at a rather...interestingly designed gate designed like Mannen's ice crystals, to a domed...place. Each adult looking very similar in age to himself... Could Leafe evolve in mere humans to be like we Knights? he pondered.

He lifted one hand, forcing some Leafe forward through the air, hoping for the Road of Light to Leafenia. He had to get back to Awayuki Town and Leafenia...If Fenrir destroyed the world, if his Knights faded, if Himeno was left unprotected... it would be HIS fault...again. He would be a failure as a Knight and he couldn't have that.

When the doorway didn't appear, his mouth tipped into a barely visible frown...Now he was really annoyed. He cut in front of the line, rather purposefully gave them a curt nod, gave the gatekeeper his name, "Hayate", and took the strange electronic contraption and paper booklet handed to him as the individual said "Welcome to Paixao!" and walked through the gate.

Paixao...hmph. He shook his head as he moved to sit on what looked like a rock and began to examine the electronic thing handed to him. Kei had something like this for work. He'd never used electronic devices much. Wind wasn't exactly a specialty that could be put to use as neatly as the specialties of the others in his Knighthood. The weather was decent...Somewhat the way he liked it...Not hot, not freezing, but overcast and chill. He raised one hand, manipulating the wind to his right, just enough so that he would be able to hover to prepare himself for aerial travel, as soon as he finished with the device.

He began fiddling with it and with some reading, managed to learn that it was called and could be used as a journal, find the map, the board for both missing persons and job requests and a lot of information on paixao(some so subtle that most wouldn't even call it information), which he memorized. He had to know his surroundings to protect his knights and that stupid pretear who annoyed and worried him. He settled himself to type a note on the message board, while keeping himself aware enough to notice if someone approached.

Dan had no idea where he was...of course, he wasn't about to let that show. Besides, he wouldn't know how to--giving up one's humanity has that effect.

The last thing he remembered was floating in the Ghost Zone and figuring that Danny Fenton was in one of the doors nearby. Upon opening it, he found himself standing in front of a gate apparently called Niflheim and facing a guard. All he did was ask Dan's name. He had a feeling that the name was going to be used for tracking, so he replied with a simple "John Smith." Strangely enough, the guard did not question Dan's appearance and instead handed him an interesting laptop-like object and shoved him in.

Not exactly the happiest person in the world (what more was expected of a ghost without emotions?), he walked in and found a spiky-haired person sitting and waving a hand in the air. Suddenly he felt the air current go more to the right than before. Interesting...

Well. Dan had no intentions of speaking to this kid. He was, after all, on a mission to go and destroy his younger self. And he was without a doubt here so...

Dan stepped forward but found himself tripping as he passed the boy. Catching himself before he really fell and floating in the air, he pointed to the boy, growling.

"What were your intentions by tripping me?" he said in a low tone, a double-layered voice coming from his fanged mouth.
