Arriving Finally
Characters: Reno, Rufus, Kadaj... probably Tseng and the others?
Content: They finally get to the Station although Kadaj is with them
Setting: Central Station
Time: Afternoon?
Warnings: None yet, but knowing them, it'll have one soon.
The short train ride back to the station had been a quiet one on Rufus’ part. His mind was currently engaged in ways to use these circumstances to his benefit as well as just how he was going to keep Kadaj in line. The problem with Kadaj, at least to him, was that Kadaj was chaos incarnate. Complete and utter control was probably never going to be possible. Therefore, he would have to make due with what he could do.
It would have helped matters if Rufus had any real memory of his own mother. That might have given him a frame in which to work with Kadaj. Lacking such, he did what Rufus Shinra often did best… flew by the seat of his pants. He’d think of something, somehow. Acting like a parent, even one as decided twisted as Jenova was, couldn’t be that hard.
When the train shuddered to a stop at the station, Rufus dusted himself off as best he could and stepped onto the platform. All around him people moved, what seemed like a thousand sounds a dull roar in his head. He glanced behind him, trying to keep an eye on Kadaj. That would be the worst part of meeting up with Tseng, explaining that. While Reno might go along with him, he had no assurances that the Wutian would.
“Any idea where Tseng is, Reno?”

no subject
"Where he would be able to meet Sephiroth easily, boss." He walked aside the president of Shin-Ra with his lazy stride, although was tense more then anything else. Turning his head, he glanced back to where Kadaj would be.
...Should be.
... Was not.
"Uh... boss?" he stopped walking, taking hold of Rufus' forarm gently and pointing back with the other hand. There was... no Kadaj.
