Glass cages do not make the best safe houses. [Active]
Characters: Mina Hakuba and Soma Cruz
Content: Mina and Soma look for a place to hide out and come across probably one of the worse places; a place made out of glass.
Setting: Ceu de Mouraria
Time: Afternoonish.
Warnings: Probably some eventually, but not really.
Mina kept a hold of Soma's arm as they made their way towards the opera house, frowning at it somewhat and wondering how exactly this was going to work out. He was not the only one thinking about how glass broke. But, it was a place to hide out, and now that Isaac and the small "Sword" seemed to be gone from near them, Mina wasn't about to argue with some temporary shelter until they could get things figured out. The redhead glanced up at Soma and frowned a little, somewhat hoping that he would at least have some kind of idea...
But she hadn't seen him in so long, and it was strange to think they were in another world they shouldn't be in. "Soma..." she said lightly, considering what she wanted to say for a moment. "How did you end up here?" if it had anything to do with Dracula's castle, then perhaps they had an advantage. They'd been through that place once, twice technically with the duplicate... Nothing could surprise them now...
Right? Those white creatures weren't a surprise, they were just a hindrence to them returning home. It really had to be.

"How did I get here... To be honest? I went to sleep at home and woke up outside the gate here. So, I'm not really sure."
His arm still in Mina's, his sword in the opposite hand, Soma looked around. There didn't seem to be any of those white things here, but there also didn't seem to be many people. Maybe everyone had gone inside, finally getting the idea of running for their lives?

She wasn't about to tell him the obvious; she went to the shrine to find him, she was in the clothing for it. "I thought... that Dracula might've been involved again... but when I stepped through the shrine..." she gestured somewhat around them with the hand holding her journal, frowning confusedly. "I woke up outside the gate, too."

Soma looked uneasily around their current 'shelter' and frowned. It was quiet; far too quiet. And there was so much -glass-. One decent explosion and this whole place would become a deadly rain.
"Umm... Much as I like music, this is perhaps not the best place for us to stay."

It was a curious thought, Dracula being puzzled about something. Very rarely had she heard of that happening, but she couldn't exactly blame him. This place confused her far more then it should've, and it just kind of seemed... inevitable right now. There were no answers, and there was no end to the questions that needed those answers.

He wasn't sure what made him so certain of that, but there was definitely -something- off about this place. What was it? The light? Even the sunlight felt... off, and it certainly wasn't natural for the sun to have a great big glaring happy face. He wondered if Mina had noticed it.
All things considered, he was ready to get out of there; out of the opera house, out of the city, out of the DIMENSION. Surely, there was some way...
