Everything Is NOT Okay [Completed]

Character(s): Tris Chandler
Content: Hokai, Tris just got her ass beat by Larxene. ...So far, she's just sort of laying there. Yeah. D:
Setting: Niflheim! Still.
Time: Later at night.
Warnings: ...Blood. Unhappy Tris.

I don't want to die like this. After the initial panic of Larxene's approach had inspired, Tris had just lain there, trying to catch her wits and gather whatever physical strength she could muster to move. Unfortunately, Tris felt a bit like a noodle and had just about as much power to move. She knit her eyebrows, scowling as something else went wrong in her little world.

Sandry was trying to push her away. Understandable but nonetheless frustrating. Tris held onto the connection with all the strength she could muster. Don’t leave me here like this, Sandry. …Where… where are you, anyway? If Sandry were close by, maybe she could help, or get help.

Of course, if Sandry were nearby, it might attract the Evil Blonde Cockroach again. Tris closed her eyes, clutching at the… thing she had been given. She muttered, breathing heavily as she offered a few choice comments about her situation. This… did not look good.

Gayle listened to the girl breathe and relax as she tried to figure out what anesthetic would work well in this situation. When the girl answered her questions in a grumpy, irritated tone, Gayle's lips twitched in amusement as she tried not to smile. A wounded tiger already? And I haven't even done anything yet. This was very different from her last foreigner patient, who had retreated inside himself when they were talking, barely saying a word. She resisted brushing the girl’s hair. The spark from before seemed to indicate she was some sort of……well, she wasn’t sure if witch would fit into the idea or not. But magic certainly did.

She glanced over one anesthetic and nodded to herself, preparing the syringe with the anesthetic. This one would probably work. It was one that would at least let her be asleep about an hour. Probably more than enough, she hoped. "I'm going to give you this to make you sleep, so I can work on this. You'll wake up a bit after I finish. And then you have a few options. I can bring you to a hotel nearby, or you can come and stay at my house, which is a bit closer. But, we can decide that afterward."

An hour was probably more than enough time, or just enough time. She smiled, "I need you to shift this arm. Can you try flipping it, palm up?" She tapped the girl's arm that was closest to her, waiting until she did, and then binding the arm to make the veins more visible, and giving her the anesthetic before waiting for her to fall asleep. When she was finally asleep, she prepared a needle and some sutures, carefully taking care of the layers of injury with different stitches. Near the bottom, a lot of continuous stitches, and as she got higher some of the stitches changed. She did an interrupted stitch for the top few layers, since that seemed to imitate the edges of the injury better. When she finished all the girl's injuries, she shifted, throwing all her materials into a sealed bag that would be thrown away a bit later.

She carefully wrapped a hand around the girl's ankle, to hopefully draw attention back and wake her up.
