Gunzi didn't bother to look for Larxene; his attention locked onto his strange wolf-like creature, entirely enthralled with it--what was it? Was it dangerous? Could it kill him? A million questions ran through his head--and before he realized it, the thing was coming at him!

Thankfully, the man managed to jump back just in time to avoid a good bite in the stomach. One of his claws hoisted forward and he attempted to snag it by it's neck--the raking motion, if positioned correctly, would have been enough to force the being aside, in another direction--if it was successful.

Either way, Gunzi would be left with a strange, mysterious glowing goo on his knuckle-claws--the lumen's blood!
