Content: Tifa finally reaches Cid's shop and asks for a job

Setting: The area near Cid's Shop

Time: Monday2, evening. 

Warnings: None as yet. 

It had been a couple of hours since her last meeting with Genjyo Sanzo, and Tifa Lockhart was relieved to finally approach her destination. Having kept up a punishing pace for almost half a day in an effort to get here before it got really late, the young fighter's limbs were aching. 

And it didn't help that she hadn't had a drink in over a day, either. 

Ignoring her body's cries for relief, she continued, the strange gazes of the citizens that were constantly on her were already pushed to the back of her mind. She had more important things to do; water, rest, and a bed were but a few of them.

Vincent had no problem finding food and shelter elsewhere, and with much less yelling, so he fingured it wouold be much less troublesome to go find a simple hotel somewhere. Staying with this imposter Cid didn't seem to have any advantages, but it seemed Tifa was unlikely to changer her mind. And if he left Tifa alone in a dangerous place Cloud would be likely to never fogive Vincent.

So when Tifa told him to stop, he did. But he just stood alone in the middle of the empty street, arms crossed, cape blowing in the wind. He just turned his head back, his dark red eyes focusing on Cid.

"Hm?" was the only sound he made. It really didn't matter if he was heard or not, Cid knew he had the Ex-turk's attention.
