Content: Tifa finally reaches Cid's shop and asks for a job

Setting: The area near Cid's Shop

Time: Monday2, evening. 

Warnings: None as yet. 

It had been a couple of hours since her last meeting with Genjyo Sanzo, and Tifa Lockhart was relieved to finally approach her destination. Having kept up a punishing pace for almost half a day in an effort to get here before it got really late, the young fighter's limbs were aching. 

And it didn't help that she hadn't had a drink in over a day, either. 

Ignoring her body's cries for relief, she continued, the strange gazes of the citizens that were constantly on her were already pushed to the back of her mind. She had more important things to do; water, rest, and a bed were but a few of them.

Japan? ....That was another place she had never heard of before. It seemed like there truly were an entire melting pot of cultures that existed within this city, and not for the first time, she wondered if there was anything to this. Surely there was some kind of ....force at work?

"I'm from Midgar," Tifa offered nonetheless, as she caught sight of what was unmistakably Cid's shop in the distance. A couple more minutes, and they would be his doorstep. "I'm afraid I don't quite know where this...Japan is."

Come to think of it, it was very curious, indeed. Evidently, Cid nor Vincent seemed to remember her, Cloud was suffering from amnesia - or so Zack, who was supposed to be dead back in her world - said.

Did they come from separate dimensions, then?
