Musings of a Plant-Mage [Complete]
Character(s): Briar Moss
Content: Briar feels lost without his sisters and resolves to change that, somehow.
Setting: Somewhere around K6
Time: Mid-afternoon, Monday
Warnings:
Briar was confused. That was about the simplest explanation that could be given regarding the current situation. One moment, he was with his sisters, talking and joking like they had always done, and the next they were gone. He could not find them at all. The plant-mage felt nothing through the link they shared, nothing but a hollow emptiness where his sisters had once been. For the first time since arriving at Paixao, Briar felt completely and utterly alone. He didn't like it one bit, and unlike before, he didn't have a student to distract him from the echoing silence of not hearing his sisters in his head.
"Well, now what?" he questioned aloud as he sat down on a nearby bench. There had to be something that he could do, anything. But what?
As he sat there thinking, the former thief realized that he had relied too much on Tris being around while she was here. Though they had found each other, he felt like she had done all the leading, all the guiding around this strange city. Perhaps it was time to strike out on his own, to find some place where he would fit in without the worry of losing it again. First, though, he believed that he would need to find some plants, some living, breathing plants, former or otherwise. Ah, this was going to take some planning, and Briar had a feeling he was going to need to finally put this journal-thing to use.
