Content: Vivi entering Paixao!
Setting: Niflheim [G10]
Time: Monday noon
Warnings: none yet.
Wobbling over to the gate, Vivi hesitates for a moment before the tall icy gates resembling the Ice Cavern with a long line of people. His experience in Ice Cavern is not entirely pleasant and he would not like to get frozen to rock ever again, but there are so many people entering the place that it should be safe. Everyone is so tall however, and he feels so small and he is afraid of joining the line but he is even more scared of going back into the dark dark forest behind him.
So after rocking from side to side for a moment, he straightens his hat out of habit and wobbles over to join the line. He is rather glad that the line is long because he does not really want to face the man in the booth very soon because he might be mean. But the line ends much too quickly for Vivi's liking and in no more than five minutes, Vivi found the man he was hiding behind walking through the gates, leaving Vivi to slowly look up at the tall man guarding the booth who is staring at Vivi with one raised brow.
Silence looms between them for a few seconds as the man tries to make sense of the yellow orbs staring at him from under a straw hat, but Vivi, scared of the man looking at him for too long, tries to break the silence with that sqeuaky voice of his, "U-uhm, can you p-p-please tell me wh-where I am?"
The man's eyebrow twitches higher for a moment before the edges of his lips start twitching as well. Vivi steps backward a little in fear of what the man might do when the man suddenly bursts into a roaring laughter that made Vivi fall backwards on his backside. While he is relieved that the man does not seem to be mean, he was also rather disturbed as the man is pointing at him while laughing. When the man's laughter subsides to occasional chuckling, he ducks under his table as if looking for something, "What's with the strange costume, kid?" then taking out a black metal object, he gives it to Vivi, "here, this is for you if you give me your name."
Vivi gets up on his feet and fixes his hat before wobbling closer to the man so he can take the metal object. He looks up at the man and stutters, "V-vivi. Vivi Ortinier," the man shoves the metal object into his hands and writes down Vivi's name on a piece of paper before gesturing for Vivi to go through the gate.
"Welcome to Paixao!" The man shouts to Vivi as the black mage gawks at the pretty pictures on the sky.

He sounded like he was going to cry, then suddenly recovered and chirped, "That's okay! You can eat what you like then! And sure, let's go~!"
Akito beamed and rolled forward on his skates, head turning every which way in attempt to take in his surroundings all at once. Maybe more interesting people would come out- so far everyone else (with the exception of Vivi, of course,) seemed extremely dull.
