The Lost Lion... [Completed]
Character(s): Leon, Rinoa, and... whoever happens upon them, also, I suppose?
Content: Leon just gets them more lost. D:
Setting: A little ways off from where Sephiroth and Vincent had been.
Time: Thursday nightfall.
Warnings: None.
It was strange of Rinoa to so easily trust a man who seemed so naturally hostile; but he did radiate a sense of power, a sense of protectiveness – he was grumpy, but he was strong, and he was one of the few people in this city who had a heart. She would be safe with him, provided she could put up with his permanent bad mood.
They moved down the alleyway, Leon making a consistent face of disgust and displeasure at everything he saw; what a crummy, rundown place this was. From what he could see, there was nothing modern about the place at all – at least, there was no technology readily available besides the journal he had received before.
Leon continued to lead Rinoa down the path, looking back over his shoulder now and then to make sure she was still following. He seemed like he knew where he was going, but in all honesty? He was just as lost as he was. At least when he felt they were a safe distance from the crazy people, he suddenly stopped and sighed, turning around to face the girl as he crossed his arms over his chest.
"I don't know where to go," he admitted grudgingly.
