His eyes widening in surprise as an orange plushie suddenly invaded his personal space, Seifer leaned back ever so slightly in reaction to the assault. But the charizard was not in his face for more than two seconds before the annoyed, flustered blond swiped it out of Luigi’s hands. Glaring at the thing for a moment (and deeming the plushies totally ridiculous), he sourly stomped over to where the rest of the dolls were kept and tossed it in with a distasteful look. He opened his mouth to snidely let the man know how stupid he was making himself look with both the plushies and his comments, but Selphie managed to chime in before he got any words out himself.
"No, we're not here to pay with a person," the girl started, speaking more professionally than Seifer would have thought she was capable of. "This is our friend Chii, she's broken. We were referred to you. Can you fix her? Please?"
Satisfied to be getting down to business, Seifer didn’t see any need to add anything on to Selphie’s request. What with the man’s strange penchant for plushies, he figured that those two would get along much better anyway. So he merely glanced over at the ‘broken’ girl... to notice that his jacket was hanging off of her at an all too inappropriate angle.
Treading over to where Chii was laying (and trying to pass it off as simple concern), Seifer adjusted the gray trenchcoat to a more acceptable position and turned back towards Luigi in anticipation of his response.
