No one had to grab Hojo, because he was quite content to follow the others now that he had the things he needed. If they were going to kill him they would have already, and he was fairly sure they were satisfied with how badly he was hurt for the moment.
It didn't take long for the group to make its way up and out of the fortress, picking up the still-unconscious Ashe and the silent Isaac when they got to the ground level. She was moved carefully to the waiting buggy, though even without Riku(where HAD that boy gone off to?) they found that they were one seat short, even WITH Yaten offering to sit in someone's lap, since Ashe would need to be lay down and would take up two spots.
The general concensus was that if anyone was going to give up a seat, it would have to be the kidnapper, and so Hojo ended up wedged rather uncomfortably behind the driver's seat for the duration of the trip back to Muspelheim.
