"Just going to pay a little visit to a shop I just heard about. I don't know if we'll actually be doing any shopping, but either way it'll be nice to get out of the c-cold." She started shivering again as a burst of cold wind sent sent her hair every which way. She hastened to brush it back with her hand. "Anyway, it's a l-long walk, according to the map. We'd b-better get going." Olette smiled at her newfound companion. "Thanks for coming along; going places I've never been w-without someone else is kind of u-unnerving." With that, she led the way, checking the map one more time to see which way they needed to go and keeping the journal in her hands, ready to check should the need arise.

Normally Olette would not have dragged a total stranger with her to a random store, but this was a very unusual situation. She'd always been a mite bit uncomfortable going new places alone, and this girl seemed nice enough. Besides, she was freezing cold, and all she really wanted to do right now was get indoors. In the back of her mind, she wondered who the sick 'young'un' the store owner was talking about was.
