Important asset? Laharl rolled his eyes to the ceiling. That idiot never would change, would he? He also didn't seem to get that he had just passed through the very door that had been found. Maybe he didn't even realize what could be about to happen? Probably not.
"It's not another floor, apparently," Laharl said, having not seen it himself yet, but his father had already told him about it and he knew it was just down the hallway they stood in now. "So... this could be it."
He glanced down at Timon, hoping he got what all this meant. They had no idea what they could be going into. At all. It could even be pretty dangerous to the meerkat...
Laharl hesitated a moment then... crouched a little, stretching his hand out, palm up. "So you better be pretty damn sure you want to come, if you are." Laharl's expression was very serious at this point. He'd been waiting a long time for this, and now wasn't the time to mess around. There was a hint though, of 'Truce?' there, however.
