Aqua could tell very clearly just how distracted Terra was; he hadn't even looked at her. Mind, she'd been almost just as lost in her own thoughts, but a moment ago. She watched him a moment, wondering whether to try to speak to him more, or leave him to his thoughts.

It only took a moment to decide. "What's got you so distracted, Terra?" she asked him. She'd decided to pry, at least a little. Things might have gone a little different back then if they'd all been more open with each other. It was a mistake she didn't want to repeat.
