She shook her head. "I know what the Mayor said. I think I can help without them knowing about it, though." Flonne took a step forward, one hand over her heart. "The other outsiders like us need help, and I'll help them too if I can, but the ones who are hurt the most are the townspeople. They're scared so they're just doing whatever the Mayor says! But that doesn't mean they don't deserve to be helped."
