A Troubled Reunion [Active]

Content: Mickey and Aqua meet to catch up on the situation.
Setting: Central Train station
Time: Evening? Sometime after talking to Terra about stuff. (So, backdated to the end of week 39)

Aqua knew Terra undoubtedly had a lot to think about after their talk, so it was just as well that she had needed to leave the apartment to meet up with Mickey as she had arranged a little earlier. She hurried towards the center of town, hoping she wouldn't be late.

The train station had been the first though that had come to mind when she had tried to think of an easily find-able landmark within the city. With it's central location, it did make it a very practical meeting place.

Paying little heed to the looks of the citzens, she kept her eyes peeled for Mickey. Aqua was looking forward to seeing him again; it had been so long since she'd seen him... If only this reunion could have been for happier reasons...

King Mickey made his way toward the station, he was able to glance at the map on his journal device to figure out where this place was. Feeling his heart beat fast, the rush of his emotions about seeing an old friend like Aqua made him worried. At the same time, he just wanted to see her again. He knew things were different now, in the most terrible ways, but he still wanted to be with his good friend again.

Then finally out near the station, Aqua was look for him. King Mickey made a big smile, so glad to finally see his friend he called out to her, “Aqua!” He ran toward her, can’t help but feel so happy to see her, despite everything. Holding out his hands to greet her.

She hadn't needed to wait long before she caught sight of him. Despite Mickey's short height, it was still really rather easy to pick out the mouse amongst all the humans.

"Mickey!" she called out, raising an arm to get his attention. As she watched him bound towards, a smile lit her face. He was one very welcome sight for sore eyes.

King Mickey giving hop up to give her a kinda hug, as best as short mouse could give anyway, to holding her hands in happiness. Finally seeing his friend in such a long time. He gave a big grin, “Aw, it’s so good to see ya Aqua!”

Letting go giving a nod, King Mickey leaned forward a bit in a hushed voice, “You ready to go for a walk? We can talk somewhere private if you want.”

She returned the hug to the short king the best she could, smiling widely, emotion reaching her eyes. "It's good to see you too," Aqua replied warmly. It really was good to see Mickey after all this time. She was so very grateful that he was here. Hopefully he could help her to make some sense of what was going on--hopefully.

Straightening, she glanced around then gave a nod. This place was a little too public for the discussion they were likely about to have. "That might be a good idea."

King Mickey gave a confirmed nod and proceeded to lead the way. “We can head to Riku’s place, it’s pretty safe to talk there. Is that alright with you Aqua?” King Mickey asked as he turned his head to look up at his friend.

She followed along beside the mouse, giving another nod and a smile at his suggestion. It would be good to know where Riku was staying in the city and it sounded like Mickey was living there too? "Absolutely. Lead the way!" she replied.

King Mickey smiled and began to lead the way for the both of them. Finally, a chance for them both to be together and talk about all that’s happened. It’s just too bad they’re not back in their own world, however he knows that she was very reliable as a friend and had a strong heart to help everyone here who was trapped as well.

Soon enough they reached Riku’s place as Mickey looked around and made sure no one suspicious was around he opened the door for Aqua and himself so they can talk inside. “After you,” Mickey said with a nod, “Shall we go ahead and start?”
