Content: Rivals have to bump into each other sometimes?
Setting: Around the streets somewhere.

He'd been laying low for quite a while now, somehow managing to keep out of trouble. For the most part Seifer kept himself entertained by picking on the Lumens or Heartless, but they really didn't pose much of a challenge for him. He needed something stronger to keep his skills sharp, and something to distract him from the monotony of this prison.
What he really needed to do was cause some trouble. It was about time, he's been there long enough, knows the lay of the land so to speak. So yes, Seifer was stalking the streets on the lookout for an opportunity to cause some havoc. No, he really doesn't learn his lessons.
