Nervously, Red lowered her gaze from the blue haired man’s direction to look at the dark haired one kneeling before her. She frowned as her eyes met his, only briefly, before simply choosing to once more stare at the cobblestone supporting her body. Lifting her hands to rub at her eyes, which were likely puffy and the same color as her namesake, which was yet another reason she didn’t want to look at him as it were. She sighed softly, catching her breath from all the previous wails.
“Snow is…” Red felt herself slump somewhat just mentioning the other girl’s name. “…gone. She was with me, and then I…”
Turning her head, she peered over her shoulder at the gate of Vanaheim. Still unaware of where she properly was, she had no name to use for said crossing, so instead she just lifted a shaky hand to point to the gate.
“…came through there, but she wasn’t with me anymore. I don’t know what happened.”
The other man seemed almost eerily silent. Red had never really been friends with someone so noiseless, nor did she really know anyone that didn’t like to speak up quite often, so his stoic demeanor actually threw her off just as much as having landed in some unusual place to begin with. The nod he gave her almost caused relaxation, at least he appeared to understand the issues that she was having and quiet-type or not, Red was really rather relieved to have his, as well as the other man’s, assistance.
“You think so?” Her brows rose curiously and briefly there was cheeriness in her tone. Her friend having disappeared had been quite a shock, but if someone might know where to find her… “Is… Might there be someone I could ask? That might know? Where she might be, that is…?”
